give you a word of advice : dont listen to anybody telling you that too many vegetables are bad for you.

Your diet looks pretty good to me, but you should try to include a source of protein at each meal. Some meat or fish with your evening meal would be beneficial.
Scrambled egg and toast would be best for breakfast.
It's impossible to eat too much veg - at least 7 portions a day are required for optimal health. So keep your fruit and veg intake up!
Dont eat the same foods every day. A varied diet is best.

take this from a nutritionist, and a person who earns over 100,000 a year helping people to become healthier and lose weight...
You can't eat too much vegetables, and i admire your VERY healthy eating, you shouldn't worry, you should be proude to eat what you eat, but if you like fish, eat a portion of fish a day, to get some protein a tad more into your body. Chicken also contains protein, so if you dislike fish, it is the next best thing, but like you are doing now, avoid red meat, and poultry as it is too hard to digest...
Good luck with your healthy lifestyle...

You should try to eat more protien in your diet like lean meats or yogurt/dairy products. Also be sure your salad at lunch is made from a variety of greens and not just iceberg lettuce as iceberg has no nutritional value in it.

no this is fine just try not to over do yourself you still need sugar in you blood levels and the gravy will help you with that, but gravy isn't really enough, so just be careful an if you think hat something is wrong consult you doctor.

not enough complex carbs or enough protein for a balanced diet.

You should be able to lose weight but add some grains or some protein, especially on days when you don't have eggs.

lots of veg is great but you should make sure you have leafy greens to keep iron levels up and some dairy of some sort (skimmed milk, yogurt, cottage cheese) for vitamin E and calcium.
