OK, my teeth are perfectly white, they are a little diff shade of white... but i got these SUPER white marks on the bottom of my teeth, and it seems like if i forget to brush my teeth they don't go away and just like grow... When i smile to other people its extremely noticeable....

What is it~
How can I get rid of it~

They are usually just a heavier deposit of calcium. My daughter had the same thing. Brush and floss properly, then try Crest whitening strips, they work great, follow directions carefully. Can sometimes get/print on line coupons.

Some sort of calcium deposits, check your fingernails, do you have similar white spots on the nails? This is from a lack of calcium. Get to it@!
