Well first you need to have a credit card or something that shows on the bureau realize that most mortgages don't report and with that being said you need to use your credit card(s) even if it is to just get gas and you need to pay them off or at least the min. payment. You must keep your cards with 75% of thier limit or your beacon score drops. and it depends really on when they report on your bureau sometimes it takes days somethings weeks. I have talked with the people from the credit bureau companys and no one really knows anything so hope this helps
