You have to make the picture an attachment to the message. Can't give you more complete instructions without knowing what e-mail service you're using. The picture must be digitally stored on your computer, or available on the internet.

The picture is just a jpg file. You can attach that file (just like any other) by using ATTACH in your email program.

You could instead email it to an internet place like the Shutterfly site. They will hold it in an album and anyone you want can go to that site and see the picture without having to get it directly from you.

You have a couple of options. 1st option is to copy and paste the photo you want to send into your e-mail message. You open the picture you want to send, right click on the picture and then select copy from the menu. Then open a new e-mail message and right click on the body of the new message and select paste. Viola' you have a picture in your message. 2nd option is to send as an attacment. Most e-mail programs have this option. Start by opening a new e-mail to send, and then click or select attach file, then browse to select the file from your computer's files, find the photo file that you want to send and select it. It should attach the photo to your email and your set.

go into your email, create a new message and try to attach, usually a paper clip icon is in the toolbar next to reply, reply all etc. try to keep the pic somewhere where it will be easy for you to find, if its just one picture save it to your desktop. make sure its not over the size limit required by your email service. click browse and find the picture and once it downloads you should be good to go!
