Anywhere. It doesn't exist, so you can just make it up as you go along.

You don't practice witch craft. Witches are parts of covens and the worship different gods and goddesses. One is called Wiccan. In these Pagan religions, spells are occasionally part of the practice, but they aren't witch craft in the sens that most people think of (love spells, good luck amulets). If all you want to know is how to cast spells without knowing the history and practicing the faith then not only will the spells not work, but you could bring back very dangerous consequences on yourself. A. And if you don't believe in the power that those consequences can have, then you don't really believe witch craft will work, so what's the point of practicing it anyway?

Do some research about what path you want to go into with practicing. It really depends on what you want out it? I like Wicca and collaborate with like minded people and I also check out books in the new age section. Be careful because some of the books you really need to stay away from. Get books that let you work in your beliefs into your practice. Get books that explain some of the basics. Like what do you need for a ritual on the basic level. I'm still learning how I practice but this has helped me a bunch.

Start by learning and reading everything you can. Go to the library, buy books online, visit pagan websites.
But keep in mind that it's not Harry Potter, Bewitched or Charmed.

You should go to the public library and check out their books on witch craft. You'll find out plenty there.

You go to England, then you find the lake Avalon, then you stand there and wait for the craft to appear to take you into the mists.

I really want to help but I am new in this network. Forgive me as an old lady not able to give you the right answer...Sorry..
Call me if you really can't find the answer. But I knew of the most dangerous withcraft to kill a person, but no love potions..Do not say my name or you will perish. Look for me my dear, look for Sister Sim in "jurong" west side of Singapore. I control a "polyclinic"...I will not let you know my power unless you show me you have your persistance...

Try Raymond Buckland's "The Complete Book of Witchcraft." Good intro - history, basics, etc. Wicca is not evil or just spell casting, blah blah blah blah blah. Also try any of Scott Cunningham's books - good start.
