vodka and soda is a good choice and has the lowest calories. Also, vanilla vodka and diet coke is also really good but has a few more calories.

as long as you drink rarley then it is ok to drink anything just don't get hammered when you do and dark wines, beer and liquors is shown to be good for your heart but like I said drink like once every two months it is ok
