call police.
If after a few police calls, the neighbors are still noisy, you can sue the landlord and the neighbors.

Have you thought of speaking to your neighbours. Perhaps they are not aware they're causing you a nuisance. If that's not possible, speak to your local council who will have a department that deals with this sort of thing. This is a 'hot' subject at the present time, so I'm pretty sure you'll get some action from them.

I had a similar problem what you need to do is to contact the Environmental Health at your local council, they will then send you some forms to fill in regarding the noise, please don't think that you will be wasting your time,They have the power to sort these YOBS out.

With his barking dogs.

What a load of nonesense they told me.
The council, actually sided one the ,offender's side.
Without any written explanation to me,and as far as me good "neighbours are concerened"they hear ,nothing!.but come to me to spout off???
My next step is (Wait 4 it)! My M.P------???
They r moveing to a "I built my house on me daddies land"so to heck withu all.
Problem is that was 18+months hence.
And does the council listen to me?No.
Very glad to hear from u/ur not alone.

Insulate the room you want peace and quiet in. It isn't too expensive . Wooden frame, polysyrene insulation (the kind for keeping a building warm) and plasterboard. You could go through the rigmarole of reporting them to the local council etc but that could take months and you could end up with a lot of agro.

Keep a diary of all the times they disturb you and get in touch with Environmental Health (under your local council in the phone directory.) They will take action and may even confiscate their equipment! Good luck!

if you have talked to your neighbors and the land lord - send them both registered letters (they will have to sign for it - which eliminates the ol' "i wasn't aware it bothered them" act ) outlining your issue. Keep the reciepts and a log of when they disturb you and then if nothing is resolved after the registered letter has been recieved phone the police next time it happens.

environmental health will work with the local council to check levels of noise, during the night it is not allowed, you just have to report it to the right people
