Ugg... I wish the Hoodia people (Wendy Gym, Sally Nutritionist, etc.) would stop using this board. grrrr....
Start small, then work up. Maybe start out by putting the baby in the stroller and go for a long walk (unless it's 2 degrees out - but the mall might be an option). It doesn't have to be alot all at once - just try to find 30 minutes 3 times a week to be active. Your park district might have a class for Moms and their babies where you can workout with the baby and meet some new people. You can build up intensity as your energy levels increase.
Meanwhile, focus on healthy eating. You will need to fuel your activity with the proper foods, and it will be a good habit for your child to learn. Added the links to the food pyramid site and the Diet/Exercise site that I use. Good luck!

Any pill that works is just speed (amphetamine) and not healthy. There is no short cut to healthy, permanent weight loss. Simply do this, burn more calories than you take it. Do this with moderate diet and moderate exercise. Set a goal of 2 to 3 lbs a week. You can do this. Pills are not the way and 99% of the time are a waste of money. Exercise will help rebuild your energy. Good luck

Trimspa works very well, you have to be consistent with them though. When you decide to stop taking them you can't eat a whole lot and expect to keep the weight off.

Why dont you try drinking grapefruit juice after you eat. They sell them in the little cans drink 2 after ever meal you eat. The acid will absorb the fat from the food before your body does.
