Try aircraft parts distributors like Aviall or Edmo Distributors, or a wire manufacturer like Standard Wire & Cable Company, or A.E. Petsche Co.

I would suggest first trying Aviall or Aerospace Products International (API) if you can't find it there try Aircraft Spruce or D&D Aviation.
Good luck!

If that's just safety wire, you can probably go to an airplane shop at an airport and they'll sell or give you some.

I can tell you those are not mil spec. We use Mil-W-27500 wire.
Are those 2 and 3 conductor shielded wires?
