No. Your partner should respect your diversity and your boundaries. By removing your access to other people and experiences, he's stunting your personal growth.

He's also exhibiting the first sign of an emotional abuser. If you were to become seriously committed to this person, chances are he might start showing more signs....not allowing you access to your family, free time, telling you what to where, where to go, what to buy and eat, and then possibly abusing your mentally, verbally, sexually and/or physically. Beware!!

i kept my boyfriend away from my friends and family for 7 months before i brought him around to hang out just about 2 weeks ago for the 1st time. And the reason I did that was because i just had to make sure he was going to stick around and I was able to get to know him for the man that he is... And I explained it to him why he hadn't met any of my family members or friends... And he was fine with it... But now he met all of my friend but one and a couple of people from my family...

A relationship should never get in the way of you and your friends. My girlfriend has friends over every week or so. I've met all of her friends and shes met most of mine. You should still have tim for you and your friends to hang out.

nicely , i think of that Krissy is a lot too youthful to be related to one guy and that she could develop her horizons. If Krissy likes Jon and not something is going on with this guy Beau then she could definently unload Beau so she will locate out if Jon likes her or no longer.

Not to "keep away", but you don't have to be buddies with each other's friends.
