I am getting so frustrated! She only wants noodles, rice, raisins, bananas, chicken nuggets, alphabet cookies, crescent breads and sometimes turkey breast sandwich and omelets.
I try to grind veggies such as spinach ,bell peppers, carrots and cook together with the rice.I also make veggie patties with t.v.p (soy meat),and other types of foods and I guess she doesn't like the texture of them, because she stiks her thong out and if it's texture is different than what she is used to eat, she rejects it.
Please help me!

The thing is, she seems to have a very wide variety of foods in her diet--why are you pushing more? The variety in her diet is actually bigger than the diet of most 2 yr. olds.

Let her eat what she'll eat. Honestly, her diet will change when she wants it to change. You'd be wasting your time trying to make her change it.

I have fun with my 3 year old too. What I've found with her is peer pressure works really well. Sad I know but it does. If she has a friend over and they start eating something she would normally refuse, I prompt her friend to say nice it is and how much they like it, and then ask my girl, if she would like to try some like her friend.
From what you have described she seems to be covering most of the food groups. If she eats cereal try giving her some to snack on, most these days are fortified with vitamins and iron.
The other way is to get her to try little and often, if you introduce a food to a child around 20 times they will start to eat it. Just a little bit each day, bribery helps, gradually near the end give a larger "taster" (this dosn't work with my girl as I can't get any in her mouth to taste it lol)
Good Luck!!!

My son develop into basically like Rebbecca M's, he had sensory themes and speech postpone and does no longer consume not often something. He went to speech therapy and alongside with the words got here the skill and desire to consume greater good ingredients. he remains a picky son of a gun and HATES to attempt something new. he would be 4 next month and he nonetheless now and returned asks for the degree 2 toddler nutrition, yet in basic terms the squash (yuck), I enable him have it each now and then, regardless of each little thing a vegetable is a vegetable no rely how that is arranged. I say proceed with the toddler nutrition if that's what he likes, try the pediasure (my son had that too) because it's going to make up for any diet/nutrient deficiency, and get him evaluated for speech/sensory themes as quickly as a risk. good success.

First of all, a 2 year old is NOT a baby - she's a toddler!
You are the parent here - not her!
Do NOT stop introducing new foods to her. When you do give her new things; make great comments about the food - say something like "wow, this is so yummy" (plus eat it yourself so she sees it is good - of course, while you are smiling).
If she rejects the food, cover it, place it in the frig, next meal give it to her again. Repeat this time after time (do not give into her) and she will soon be eating it.
My daughter-in-law got tired of wasting food/money on the twins because they wouldn't eat new things. So, she covered it, placed it in the frig, next meal gave it to them again and repeated it until they finally finished the food (because they finally realized they would not get anything else until they did).
You just have to remember who the parent is - YOU not her!

Two answers:
First, do you eat veggies. In order for your kids to eat an array of different foods. They need to see you do the same.
Second, make it fun. Have her help you make pizza and she can put on the toppings. Or instead of dipping nuggets into sauce. Dipping baby carrots into dressing.
But, I think that you should relax let her take her time. Don't pressure. As long as she's eating her meals on what you have noted and taking a multi-vitamin, don't stress.

like my grandmother always use to say give the child what they want and they will get tired of the same thing after a while.my mother in-law said my husband wouldn't eat any thing but chicken noddle soup when he was that until he turned about 5 or 6 years old then he started to eat other foods.all i can say is give her what she wants and give her a chewable vitamin.oh ya and you might want to talk it over with her doctor to see if it is OK to give her the pediasure drinks just to make sure that she is getting all the nutrients that her little body needs.
GOOD LUCK AND TRY NOT TO WORRY SHE WILL BE OK. OH AND IT'S OK TO CALL YOUR 2 YEAR OLD A BABY STILL I CALL MY 11 YEAR OLD MY BABY STILL AND SHE WILL BE MY BABY UNTIL THE DAY I DIE!!!!!!

See if you can get her to eat raw veggies. She might just like crunchy food. Raw vegetable retain more nutrient than cooked. The finger food will make her feel independence.
