Not Ebay. Ebay sucks.
Its a good plate relating to names Si or Hills. But I dint know the best place to get a quick sale.

get in touch with the DVLA as they need to be aware that your selling the plate as they legally own the rights to the number plate not you
they will give you all the advice you need to sell the number plate and might even buy it back from you
if you sell it with out contacting them you will still be the legal owner of that number plate and be responsible for any fines that the new owner might get because the DVLA will have you as the owner of the number plate so do the right thing and sell it through them less hassle in the long run

dvla will send you a quote log on to reg plates to sell
