Get some info from RAF careers and you'll see.

It's not just exam results but strength of character and a willingness to serve for your country and see to the welfare of the men you command.

Depends on what branch you want to join as. I believe it's a minimum of a levels. What qualifications you have also depends on how fast you go through the ranks to begin with to get to flight lieutenant.
If you have a degree you will reach flt lt a lot faster than people without. Certain branches require degrees Engineering officer etc. Whereas i believe most others a levels would suffice. If you go to the RAF Careers website it tells you what qualifications you need for each particular branch.

It depends entirely on what brach you wish to join at the extremms you would would need a lot less to be a RAF regiment officer than a pilot

I imagin that you will need atleast 5 GCSE's at grade C and maybe a couple of A-Levels.

But that kind of job is purely work your way up the ladder so it will take time
