I've been dieting for 3 weeks now and have lost over 13 lbs. I want to start Yoga for stretching. But I'm way out of shape. does anyone know any good websites to show me the basics I can do in my living room?

Any other help for an out of shape guy would help. I'm not going to fail getting my **** together.... I'm in love and my girl deserves a healthy fit man.

Sounds like you need to watch yoga DVDs rather than learning from a website. Learning from written materials is like learning martial arts kung fu from a book, you wont get the true essence of it.
However, you can start learning the yoga breathing methods first to give you a head start on concentrating during actual yoga practise, and it helps in your abdomen shaping too.
