I don't fully understand your question, but I will attempt to answer based on the teachings of Jesus.
Jesus said the path to Heaven is narrow and few will find it. He said many will be sent to the place of wailing and nashing of teeth.

If your name is not in the Book of Life, it means you have chosen NOT to accept Jesus as your Lord and Savior and unfortunatly it means you are going to hell. However, there is time until you die to change your mind and repent of your sins, making Jesus Lord of your life and getting your name in the Book of Life.
