well blood in pee is never normal......... the causes are many.... since when did it start????......... so you have a recent injury to your genitals or have a blunt injury on your abdomen????? it may be the cause.....Other causes may be Urinary tract infection, Stones in kidney or ur bladder, infections in kidney.....
If u are 50+ years then there are huge chances of Tumors...... or prostrate emlargement......
The causes are many... the only way yo know what happened is by performing some tests...... so rush urself to your physician.

Having "blood" in the urine is never "normal,and could be several things. Infection, kidney stones etc.If you're a female,and you want to make sure it's blood from the kidneys,not from a "period" etc,clean yourself off before you urinate again,use a baby wipe or water,and check.If you're running a fever or having back pain,or if the pain becomes worse,see your MD. Make an appointment with the Doctor ASAP! It could mean a urinary tract infection, or many other things. Please do not wait as it needs to be treated right away. If you're an older male it could mean a prostrate infection. You did not indicate if your male or female, either way get to the doctors so you can be treated with antibiotics if needed. Good Luck.
