Is that too young?

I'm 39 but always fall under 23-27 year look. i've been dating (nothing serious of course) a few guys between the age of 23-27. I'm always honest about my age but they seem to be impressed by how young i look...anyway should i stay away from the 20's? I'm also dating older guys.

i think that older women are really hot. some of those guys may be with you for sex only, but you may find that one that wants more. i say go for it.

No. They become too young when it's a felony.
