If you get into a physical relationship with someone, who is more likely to get emotionaly attached faster, the man or woman? By this I mean, who is it going to be harder for to let go at the end of the relationship since there was physical contact? Are the men going to want to hang on longer, or are women because they get emotionaly attached qicker? I was in a physical relationship with this guy and I am in love with him. We still talk, but is it likely that he feels the same for me?

ok im not sexisite or anything but to be honest i do believe it would be the guy for these reasons
1) they have believe it or not more emotions then females
2) the fact of knowing that you '' belong'' to him makes him feel grounded
3) the need to feel incontrol with the relationship
4) knowing that we will walk out anytime when needed
5) his isecurities with other women shows and you are the one
6) scared to turn back to his old ways
7) not wanting to be alone
8) the need to feel secure and content
9) the want to have a say in the decisions in your life
10) the feeling of comfort when he sleeps beside you at night
11) sex seems more importanted and passionate then it used to be with others
12) he just flat out completely loves you.
when the physical attraction is ther between him and his emotions, men are bound to be more confussed on what they want, in a partner, in a relationship, and in himself.
the feeling of dread if he losses you scares him, and when he feels xontent and safe with you, then he losses you he automatically wonder what he did wrong and drive himself nutz.
when a man devotes himself to his partener, and he has his mind set he wont let you go.
for a women, yes we get hurt, but we are natural healers, nurutors (mind my spelling) and we forgive and forget, we can lick our own wonds and get on with life. soul searching and mind cleansing is what we as women do best.
for men they tend to dwell and make themselfs sick, become numb and reject shareing there feelings towards the next lady in his life.
the same goes for women but like i said we heal faster.
now when two parties feel the same but arint together its very nerve racking and complecated between the two, you both love eachother but just cant do it anymore.
so there raises confussion and questions that clearly cant be answered truthfully.
now for the relations after a breakup is definitly the hardest thing on the men, and women, it adds on and builds up until the both of you break, why put eachother through such confussion.
i aint saying i know all its just ive been there and ive seen others that have been thre to.
im passive-abserttive and i know how the other feels without them saying a word.
but hun stop hurting yourself and him.........you need to come clean on your feeling towards him, no mixed signals..not just you him to

It depends on who the person is and their situation,whether men or women,if they are looking for love,acceptance etc and find it the the other it will be hard for them to let go,i was going to say women get more emotionally attach but i've seen some girls discard of men like they are toys.

Guys can get into physical contact without getting attached just for sex, and women get attached quicker after a while. I wish it was the same, 50/50, would be a lot easier!

I would have to say the girl. Generally they have more capacity for emotional attachment, thus leaving them with feelings for the FWB. Personally, I am a guy but I am kind of sensitive and emotional (ie: girly) and I am the attached one. Although the only FWB's I've ever had were girls that I had feelings for anyway, so I'm not 100% sure.

I think it depends, but from experience and my friend's experience guys can get really attached quickly. If your worried about getting attached, and you know that the relationship will not be anything more then sex, then get out now before you get anymore attached!

women are more likely to get attached. we are the takers, the men are the givers. so when they give us thier insides ... its gone ... but its within US. so there's a connection that the woman naturally feels that the man doesn't. hes not receiving anything that will keep us linked to him ... for damn near ever. ask the guy if he feels anything for you. tell him you think you're crushing on him and see what he says. it cant hurt to ask!

It depends on the persons, on their personalities..their zodiacal signs..it depens on so many things! but I think that theoretically women are more likely to get attached quiqer and for a longer period.

I think women because we are the ones who crave attention, if you know whta I mean. Your guy might still feel the same for you and it is definetly worth a shot. If he doesn't like you it is ok but chances are he still likes it so go for it!!!
