If a guy who is a "friend" of yours talks to you about him and his gf's sex life. Does that mean he respects her?

It all depends on what he is telling you, what I believe (remember this is my opinion and I don't know any circumstances) he seems to be telling you because guys are like girls for that matter, they like to talk. And it isn't that he is doing it to down her, he may just be more of bragging or even trying to get your take on the matter. Now unless he is completely trash talking her, then I don't think it is anything hateful or cruel that he is doing toward her. Then again she may not appreciate that he is telling his friend whom is a girl about it, but then again that's better than a locker room full of guys! :)

No, I would think he respects her at all. I mean, there are other things to talk about without getting PERSONAL.

Such private matters shouldn't be spoken about. It, mostly, shows immaturity on the part of the one who speaks out, unnecessarily.

it depends. if he is saying nasty things, and giving you every single detail. I am not sure if he respects you.

It depends on what he's saying and why he's saying it.
