I need to lose 7-10 lbs QUICK. I hear the Lemonade Diet will do just that however, it can be harmful to the body. What are some of the other cons and pros? And/or does anyone have an outline of how the diet is supposed to be conducted/work?

This is a fast easy diet but harmful. There is a liquid de-tox drink you can drink. Beyonce drinks it and i can't reember the name of the drink, but it involves, oranges, pepper, and honey i think. it's been all over hte net, you can find it.

There are a few more healthy things you can try. The first is easy: DRINK MORE WATER! 2 litres a day will help you drop at least 7 pounds really quickly.

Most people don't drink enough water. When you don't drink enough water, your body holds on to the water you do drink, making you bloated and retaining toxins in the body.

The only way to cure this is to drink more water!

Other than that, you can eat everything normally, except cut out sweets and salty food. It works, I can tell you from experience. Thats how the stars REALLY lose the weight

If you go on this lemonade diet, you will no doubt gain weight. Starvation leads to binge eating, and excess sugar leads to fat storage.

Juice diets aren't great because of all of the sugar. If you want to lose weight faster, drink as much diet coke as you can in 3 days, Caffine is a diarehtic, so you'll lose water weight, plus the caffeene will give you pep. Seeing that it's not caloires, you should lose like 2 lbs a day. It's dangerous to do because there are no nutritional value to diet soda, but there are less calories and no sugar, so you'll lose weight faster. Make sure you take vitamins. Pickles, hot peppers, and sugar free jello also have almost no nutritional value or calories as well...so think about incorporating them, too.

Anytime you crash diet like that, it is dangerous, but pick something with no sugar. In a pinch, you body slows down and turns sugar to fat. If you are consuming 1000 Calories per day in the form of sugar from lemonade (which is less than 64 ounces of the stuff), you won't lose as much weight, as if you ate a high protiene diet. I'd say cut more Calories or drink/eat foods with less sugar.
