Brush your teeth at least twice a day (don't forget to brush your tongue), preferably after each meal. Mouthwash 2x a day, in the morning and night, and floss every night.
If you can do this consistently and don't see an improvement, see your dentist as you may have chronic halitosis.
There are many bacteria that normally reside in your mouth and if your diet has changed or you have been going through a lot of stress or life changes, the balance of this bacteria can change and an overgrowth or undergrowth can cause bad breath and dry mouth.

Mix some bicarbonate of soda (baking soda) with some water and use it as a mouthwash. It is very good for neutralising odours!! You might also want to pay the dentist a visit because it could be that you have tartar build-up/trapped food debris below the gum-line, in which case you would need a deep clean from the dentist. Also try flossing to prevent plaque and tartar build-up in future!

Wash your teeth twice a day and don't forget to wash your tongue as well as this can cause bad breath. Use your tooth brush to do it and make it a clean pink colour. I bet this will get rid of the smell if not though it is probably what you eat that is causing the problem.

Try a good mouthwash and brush your tongue. Also try taking acidophillis capsules or eating yogurt to help keep your digestive flora healthy in case it is from your digestive system. If you haven't seen your dentist within the last 6 months schedule your routine 6 month checkup and get your teeth checked and cleaned too.
