The most appealing to me is sensitivity, if a guy can figure out that I am upset with him by just looking at my face and my body language that is the world. Most men can't tell heads or tails of a woman's mood unless she is pissed (that one is obvious). Next would be humor, a man needs to know how to make me laugh. I work a high stress job and go to school full time, so I need someone to take me away from that with laughter. Intelligence comes as a close third because I love a man who can tell witty jokes, and I read a lot of books and have a great wealth of knowledge so he needs to at least know the subject I am talking about. Next would be looks, he has to be appealing enough for me to want to cuddle with him or else it's off. Next would be passion which goes along with looks, sometimes a good looking man just make you want to tear your clothes off and if he doesn't have the passion to back it up then it's over. Last for me would be money because the when the world ends or you die, you can't take it with you but your man will follow you to the after life.

1. Humor/personality - he's gotta be funny or at least be able to hold up his end of the conversation!
2. Passion - it is SO attractive to me if a guy has something that he REALLY cares about!
3. Looks - Doi!
4. Intelligence - I don't want a dummy!
5. Money - I would like a nice big house (and maybe a Beamer!)
6. Sensitivity - Okay

1. Humor - Because if you can make me laugh im yours
2. Intelligence - because if you can hold conversations i can take you around my parents and coworkers
3. Passion - because if you dont make me feel sexy we can never get sexy
4. Sensitivity - because understanding is sometimes all you need
5. Looks - ranked low but still important..but usually if you have the above...im thinking your cute already...its not an actual look...its how i look at you
6. Money - I have my own...i dont need anyone else...but this isnt a free ride either lol

I'd say first, they have to be attractive. Chemistry is key.
Second, he has to have some brains, not a rocket scientist or anything, but able to read a book.
Third, humor is a big turn-on, if he can put me in a good mood by being his funny self, that's a plus.
Sensitivity and passion have to be part of the way he deals with me on a daily basis.

Intelligence and humour. I believe that the brain is the sexiest part of the body. Looks are nothing if you have nothing inside your brain. Intelligence will give someone all the opportunities of becoming rich. One may be sensitive but can also be too stupid to think of what he is going to do. Passion is only effective when you are in bed. It will disappear when both of you go hungry. Humour will enliven a relationship. Nobody wants to be with a boring person, do you?

i love a good looking man with a sense of humor intelligent is a must... don't like a dummy.. and of course sensitivity and passion are a plus... not too sensitive though this can be a little wierd being that the woman is suppost to be the softer of the two.. so if he is softer than me i can't deal with that... i need a strong man to protect me if im ever in need... now my husband id very handsome... he doesnt have a rock hard body but he isnt fat... he has a belly.. i still love him... he is sensitive when nessessary, strong like bull, lol very intelligent and has money enough to take care of us... he is my provider and i love him to death... he has all the qualities a girl can want and will beat someone up if he has to for me... only if its nessessary... not for no reason... and he is alll mine... lol

My preference? humor, sensitivity, humor, intelligence, looks, money But it's not exactly a ranking thing--it's more like a combo of things, some more than others
