It's possible, but get it checked out anyway or get a home pregnancy test to be certain. Hope you feel better soon! :)

See a doctor right away. It could be some type of sexually transmitted infection or a pregnancy. However the fever, chills, and cold sweats isn't really typical of pregnancy. A fever means your body is trying to kick some type of unwanted cells in your body. Go see a doctor asap.

There is not much you can do about an irrational zealot. People with extreme beliefs are not open to discussion that anyone else can believe anything other than precisely what they 'know' to be the truth. What about your niece's parents? Are they wiccan or do they belong to any lodge of any type? If she is "good" then how can she have come from "bad" parents? But this likely won't help because her intepretation of her beliefs is irrational. I cannot speak for every organization but the ones you list are not satanic in any way. ++++ Wow, with a family background like that all the groups you mention would be very positive influences... perhaps she is equating, incorrectly, anything with a sense of mystery about it to 'witchcraft' (I use quotes to not confuse it with Wicca, but to use the negative connotation, please forgive this, but its just to test some logic... which she associates with drugs and her family experiences and hence its all evil. looking at it this way might provide an avenue to be a positive influence in her life
