It is called damage control and manipulation of the Media.
What really happened is that Humpty Dumpty sat on a wall but he pretended to have a great fall, which was really orchestrated by a team of Hollywood stunt men, and the Special Effect Division really made it look like Humpty Dumpty had a great fall. Then the King’s horses were also Special Effects, like the horses in Braveheart, and all the King’s men were bought like corrupt politicians so they pretended they could not put Humpty Dumpty together again so he could live the rest of his life quietly in the Witness Protection Program with a meaningless job in the middle of nowhere America.
