He doesn't like hungryman frozen dinners or anything, and I'd like to send him with lunch. We've done club sandwiches, frozen pot pies and pizza, but I need something new. He doesn't like alfredo sauce, or pasta by itself, tuna, or very many veggies. He's kind of a meat and potatoes guy. Any suggestions would be helpful!

When you make a pot roast save the leftovers for sandwiches. Also, bbq beef brisket sandwiches would be good. Shredded chicken sandwiches too. Try Allrecipes.com or recipezaar.com for recipes.

There are some really good soups that you can buy, my husband takes those often. Leftovers are good. Maybe crockpot dinners, like BBQ ribs.

Left overs from last night's dinner - That's what we do.

I'm not going to cook dinner, THEN cook a lunch - if my fiance doesn't like it, tough - he can either go out to lunch, or start doing the shopping, cooking, and cleaning.

My husband hates buying his lunch so I always make extra at supper so he can take "leftovers".
