Are automatic hyundai's crap. I havn't heard anything good about automatics but what about the 5 speeds? Are the 5 speeds better than automatic because there is one for sale in my area that is a 5 speed.

I actually have that same question runnin through my head, except it's a 2007 Accent, I have been told that it is cheaper to have standards when it all comes down to hyundai vehicles, but I'm not sure.

5 speed transmissions are cheaper to maintain than automatics. hyundai cars are actually pretty decent cars. My sister in lax has an 05 sante fe automatic and it is pretty nice i say go for it if you like shifting your own gears
