we are looking at a house with a brand new bathroom. it has no shower. just trying to find a cost to install.?

Is there a bathtub already? Showers are simply additional pipe off of the tub faucet.

A good handyman should be able to complete it in a day, not including replacing the tile.

If the wall above the tub is tiled, cheap. It is just some more pipe, and a valve replacement. If it is not walled up in something waterproof, it can get expensive.

i cannot give you a cost ..but an idea is 1 good plumber/carpenter to instal it. if nothing has been plumbed or the wals cut to install...you have a major-minor project...i hope you can do it yourself
