As I continue to search knowledge, I feel Mohammad had a false dream...........and now they are waiting for Mahdi. To me much of what Mahdi will do parallels the anti-Christ.
But as far as "End Times"..........no one knows when and I think it's sad that so many are focused on this "rapture" thing when all should just be walking in the way of the Lord and following his commandments.
Enjoy life that God gave you and walk in his ways.
Peace be with you.
The Apocalypse Of Saint John
Chapter 22
16 I Jesus have sent my angel, to testify to you these things in the churches. I am the root and stock of David, the bright and morning star. 17 And the spirit and the bride say: Come. And he that heareth, let him say: Come. And he that thirsteth, let him come: and he that will, let him take the water of life, freely. 18 For I testify to every one that heareth the words of the prophecy of this book: If any man shall add to these things, God shall add unto him the plagues written in this book. 19 And if any man shall take away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part out of the book of life, and out of the holy city, and from these things that are written in this book. 20 He that giveth testimony of these things, saith, Surely I come quickly: Amen. Come, Lord Jesus.
21 The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you all. Amen.

Your questions make great sense. Here are some answers; You see the changes in the teachings of Christ did not occur overnight but gradually over the years, with things coming to a head 500 years after give or take. And yes why wouldnt God deliver the Qur an to the Pope [ disciples are out remember] because he was part of the guilty party.Anyway the Quran was and still is a perfect document that requires guidance and interpretation. It was already part of God's plan to reveal it no matter what had happened to the gospel you see.The candidate chosen must have to be someone specially created for that purpose in order to do its teachings justice.Dont get muslims wrong they are in no way saying that Jesus was not okay for the job. He fulfilled his mission most perfectly, that is what we believe. Those that corrupted his teachings have themselves to blame and it was not the disciples that did that.
Muhammad [SAW] was chosen to deliver the Quran. Think and you will find that no matter who it had been revealed to, people would still ask why not so so person just because they wouldt believe.

You have to understand that it is Muhammad that changed what God...the one true Jehovah God...had to say....and they will never agree...one is totally opposite to what God had to say...what Abraham trusted in, ...it has all been twisted, added to and changed from the message that are God's words in the Bible.
Of course any Muslim cannot accept both...Allah is not Jehovah.....and the Koran is not the Bible.
God's son Jesus was sent by Him to save the world from sin.
The only way is to trust in Jesus...He says "I am the way, the truth and the life"...."no one comes to the Father, except by Me"....Jesus own words....you choose to follow Him, or not.'
That is the truth and every Muslim believes something different.

Praise be to Allah.
I'll start my answer with a verse from the quran as Allah says (interpretation with the meaning):
“Those who follow the Messenger, the Prophet who can neither read nor write (i.e. Muhammad) whom they find written with them in the Tawraat (Torah) (Deut, xviii 15) and the Injeel (Gospel) (John, xiv 16), — he commands them for Al-Ma‘roof (i.e. Islâmic Monotheism and all that Islam has ordained); and forbids them from Al-Munkar (i.e. disbelief, polytheism of all kinds, and all that Islam has forbidden); he allows them as lawful At‑Tayyibaat (i.e. all good and lawful as regards things, deeds, beliefs, persons and foods), and prohibits them as unlawful Al‑Khabaa’ith (i.e. all evil and unlawful as regards things, deeds, beliefs, persons and foods), he releases them from their heavy burdens (of Allaah’s Covenant with the children of Israel), and from the fetters (bindings) that were upon them. So those who believe in him (Muhammad), honour him, help him, and follow the light (the Qur’aan) which has been sent down with him, it is they who will be successful
[al-A’raaf 7:157]
This prooves that there was foretelling of the prophet Muhammad(peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him).
You have to know a general concept that No one in this whole earth can say why Allah did this and why Allah didn't do that except when only Allah explains it. So As muslims we believ that Popes and The disciples were under a test by Allah to see whether they'll keep the teachings and the message sent with jesus or not BUT YOU HAVE TO KNOW THAT Popes and the disciple had a complete free well so they either:
1- could pass the test successfully and then complete what thier teachings said to follow the Prophet Mohammed at the time of his message no matter what was the time of the test 600, 700 or even 90000 years (they were under test till the messsage of prophet Muhammead).
OR
2-failed in the test (and that's what happened) and alter and corrupt the message of Jesus ('Eesa) (peace be upon him)
but the test should be ended whether they fail or pass.
Second:
Jesus ('Easa) (Peace be upon him), his duty was not to CHOOSE persons to preserve his message but he was asking his people to follow his message and to worship only Allah and if they did, they are under the test descriped above.

The Pope is a Catholic idiot. Yes the Injeel is corrupted because it was changed and altered by man the same as the Torah. The Qur'an is the last and final holy book of ALLAH and ALLAH protected and still does protect the Qur'an from any mere human being who tries to change or alter it. No human can change or alter the Qur'an. Many have tried and been unsuccessful. Also no one can produce a chapter like that in the Qur'an either. The Qur'an was written by ALLAH.

Muslims should clean their own houses before talking about how dirty someone elses house is.
They believe that the Qu'ran is the word of God told to Muhammad yet, after Muhammad's death a group of people came up with the Sunnah and it's Hadiths to coincide with the Qu'ran. Why? If the Qu'ran is so pure why did they have to come up with the others.
They wrote down the Hadiths which showed the "trodden path" of Muhammad which many convoluted some of the teachings in the Qu'ran.
So, why is the pot calling the kettle black?

To ask why God chose Muhammed (s.a.w.) to deliver the Qur'an is the same as asking why He chose Jesus (a.s.) to deliver the same message from Him. God chose all the prophets because these persons were the best to do the job. All the prophets were very respectful individuals, truthful and honest, that believed in one God and would show the patience needed to get people to follow them.
Mohammed was the last prophet, the closure of the monotheist religion. God asks many times in the Qur'an : "Why won´t you believe?" I chose not to disobey Him rather than be proud because that is what makes us hypocrites, if you have to truth in front of you, why won´t you believe? One day it will be too late my friends..:!

Jesus was messenger of god like moses David Ibrahim etc..
god choose holy Mohamed to be the final prophet and head of all prophets..so he also given last book..
this faith does not mean that Jesus was not better prophet.. but logically there is a end of everything...like prophet-ship started from Adam and it ended at Mohamed. it does not means that Jesus was minor prophet.

Perhaps that question is better suited for God to answer. Who can explain why God acts the way He does?
