How do you run blackbirds or starlings off? the arrive by the hundreds.

my little birds and squirrells don't have a chance...

I would say that there's no way to selectively deter them

I'm probably going to really make some friends here....

We had a woodpecker hole in a tree in our yard growing up, and every year the starlings would try to take over that nest...

Mom would go outside with her wristrocket (slingshot). She was a good shot back in the day.......
