I've been healthy eating (not a stupidly strict diet, just stopped being such a pig!) for about a week now because I had low self esteem cos felt bit wobbly round the edge. Iv'e felt great but I didn't have time for breakfast today so by the time lunch came round I was well hungry and stuffed my face with a massive jacket potato, butter, cheese and tuna and mayo. Now I feel terrible, fat and ugly again. Anyone got some words of wisdom to make me feel better. Please! x

Why is that so horrible? You've been doing well, allowing yourself to splurge rarely isn't the end of the world. I normally eat very healthy and healthy proportions of food, but I allow myself to splurge on a tub of Ben & Jerrys if I want to sometimes. Or I let myself have something from Mc Donalds if I want it.

Don't stress yourself out about it so much. If you allow it once in awhile when you really really want it and you've been good otherwise, there's no harm in it.

Just shake it off and do better next meal. I'm trying to eat healthy too and its hard. Maybe you can go for a long walk or workout to make you feel better about the splurge.

You need to keep a picture of yourself or someone you admire to remind you of your diet. Every time you want to eat a baked potato pull out that picture a realize you won't lose weight eating that way.

the exterior is the place lots of the minerals & different nutrition are found, besides because of the fact the fiber--its the main intense area!!! additionally the tastiest.. i like the two one, yet you may pass the cheese--i like my potatoes with basically butter & seasoning. Bean soup with brown bread is yet another prominent.. i like to have circumstances the place the two way, i'm happy!!!
