If you are trying to get rid of him, just be an adult and speak to him in an open and honest way instead of insinuating what you want to say. After all, if the guy's size is the only thing you're interested in, then you should be shallow enough to just tell him outright and not be bothered by his reaction.
Or you could also just say "It's not working out, let's not see each other again."

Seems rather mean. Would you prefer him to break up with you (or run you off) by hanging saggy bags as decoration or constantly remarking that his pictures are falling of the wall because the nail holes are too big and loose?

Wow, is "size" really that important to you? All I can say is, if you're gonna make someone feel like crap, at least pick on something they have control over! It's not like the guy CHOSE to be small. How would you like it if someone did that to you over like boob size or shape of your nose or something?
