"The heaviest blow that ever struck humanity was the coming of Christianity. The deliberate lie in the matter of religion was introduced into the world by Christianity. Let it not be said that Christianity brought man the life of the soul, for that evolution was in the natural order of things. Christianity is a rebellion against natural law, a protest against nature. Taken to its logical extreme, Christianity would mean the systematic cultivation of the human failure. The best thing is to let Christianity die a natural death. When understanding of the universe has become widespread, Christian doctrine will be convicted of absurdity. Christianity has reached the peak of absurdity. And that's why someday its structure will collapse. The only way to get rid of Christianity is to allow it to die little by little. The reason why the ancient world was so pure, light and serene was that it knew nothing of the two great scourges: the pox and Christianity."

Good job, Danielle!
That is the "Christian" Adolf Hitler.

For those who misunderstand the point - there is a persistant rumor that Hitler was a Christian, and that the Holocaust was some retribution for the murder of Christ. As this quote demonstrates, the Holocaust was the product of atheism, nihilism, existentialism, and racism (just like the history books say), and NOT the product of Christianity.

You're saying that a former atheist said this and is now a Christian? In suspense here.

Hitler wasn't a Christian. He had some "Catholic" background.
QUITE A BIG DIFFERENCE!

The same Christian who wrote: "I believe that I am acting in accordance with the will of the Almighty Creator: by defending myself against the Jew, I am fighting for the work of the Lord."

It's a quote from Adolf Hitler. Your hint is a little misleading: Hitler claimed to be a Christian, but his actions prove that he was no disciple of Jesus the Christ. Lots of people who claim to be Christians really aren't. Many of them stand behind pulpits on Sunday mornings ... or write books about those "Left Behind."

It's a wonder you haven't blamed Christ for that you putz!
Christ would have cured that. Christianity has allowed our civilization to advance so you can go to a hospital and be cured of pox, hows that? Go back to the desert and treat your pox with sand and camel urine.
