Well I have been going to All-Inclusives in the Carribean for a number of years now. We used to go to Mexico a lot, but you stand a good chance of either getting murdered there, or if not murdered, then you may get accused of it so I don't recommend Mexico any more. A great alternative to Mexico is Belize.
We have been to Jamaica, The Dominican Republic, Cuba, & the Nassau in the Bahamas, & I would recommend any of those places. You can find bargains in the Dominican, & Cuba, where Jamaica gets a little more expensive, & the Bahamas even more expensive.

You will get decent weather in any of those places but it can get a little cooler, & stormy on the Atlantic side of any of them during the winter months, so try to find a resort that is located on the Carribean, or Southern Shores.

Have fun!

Tulum, Mexico.

You can select an Eco-Hotel where the cost are lower and you are in a 'grass hut' style cabana. You can also select a hotel there wil AC, phone, cable TV, etc. You can find both with All inclusive packages.

The weather is warm then, the water beautiful, there are less 'tourist' and lots of things to see and do.

Good luck and have fun!

By decent do you mean boiling beach weather or sunny?

If sunny, South of France is warm at the mo. My boss is there and has been having lunch outside today in a t-shirt.

I'm going at the beginning of March with my OH.

check with a travel agent...they can help you with places that are all inclusive and they should know the weather reports...if they don't you can always look them up online
