Ciccino - boh? not really easy to translate... just a normal endearing term...
Others are often created by the imagination of the speaker - often inspired by animal world: topino (mousy), Tigrotto (little tiger) etc...
Other useful words:
Coccole - are cuddles. It also generate Coccolare (verb), meaning to cuddle, to snuggle together "facciamo le coccole", lets cuddle
Baci e abbracci - kiss and hugs
Ti amo tanto - I love you very much - as among lovers.
Ti voglio bene - I love you very much, in a more innocent way, but often carrying a deeper sense.

I call my Italian husband either of the following:
teso' (short for tesoro, or treasure, equivalent to honey/dear)
amo' (short for amore, or love)
Accent above is on the second syllable.

I don't know any terms of endearment, but I did learn one phrase: "cocolami" It means something like, love me, or snuggle me or something akin to that.
