7-zip a freeware will zip/unzip most zip formats unlike other zippers although good but are stuck to only specific zip type. DL and tutorials are here http://www.7-zip.org/.
if u are wanting to create iso files there's many freeware/payware etc. if u have windows2000/XP/Vista u can use iso recorder and integrate creating and burning iso images as part of your OS. it simply adds a creat iso menu item to ur right click menu-very neat huh!
