If God could be 'defined' then we 'know' God; and that Unique Person is beyond the human comprehension, imagination, perception, definition. We can keep on knowing Him throughout one life. That is through His Munificense, that He has revealed His Glorious Names. How many? Innumerable! To comprehend more and more of the Glorious Names is all that we can achieve. And there may be a moment of our complete silence in awe...

Like a Mother who only wants the very best for her children. That doesn’t mean you are the richest, most famous or successful person by material standards but that you are given all the opportunities to develop your spiritual dimension to the best extent.
If ones desire is to know God, there is always someone you meet in life who guides you to the right path. To define God fully is impossible as we perceive limited attributes through our limited organs of perception.
The best insight into discovering God for myself came through a colleague introducing me to Sahaja Yoga Meditation. (www.sahajayoga.org.uk )

God is an intelligent being that is without form. God is pure Love. God's essence is Love. God is gentle, kind, forgiving, and has a sense of humor. God Loves each of us as if we were the only one to Love.

Based on my experience God is like an Imaginary Friend.
It's what losers turn to when they can't handle the real world.

God IS...the beginning and the end, perfection, light, love and mercy...but also perfect strength, wisdom, justice and hope. God sent Jesus, God-in-human-flesh, to point the way to the Presence of God, to teach us how to have a relationship of living in, with and for that Presence.
God knows us better than we know ourselves.

God is not in the universe She is the universe.
She created the universe from the only thing that She had available, Herself.
You and the most distant star from you in the universe both exist within the idea of God.
This is a difficult concept for most people to comprehend because they have been taught nonsense about God. Like the idea that God lives far away on a cloud called heaven. God is not a raindrop. Raindrops live in clouds Not God. This is foolishness.
Jesus told us that the kingdom of God is within us. This is true because each and every one of us exist as a part of God. We live and move within our loving source. There is no moment or possibility that we can ever be apart from her.
Forget the silly stories that you have been told about a distant God that lives in the clouds. Look around you. Everything that you see is God.
Love and blessings.

I don't attempt to DEFINE Him, just love and trust Him.
If you must have a definition the nearest is 'God is love'
