I am a full-time student, made about $15,000 claiming zero this past year. I live with my parents, and am 19. They are claiming me as dependant. What do I get back for a tax return, I've heard about $600? Thanks!

It depends on how much was withheld from your paycheck. The best thing to do is to complete a 1040EZ and find out. Check the tax tables that come with the 1040A instructions.

Your taxes will be about $1100. If you had more than that withheld for federal income tax, you'd get anything over that refunded to you.

Honestly, I would check with a tax professional to make sure.
