i want to know whether tears can come out of a blindperson.It will bee wonderful, if some eye specialists also can give their opinion.
I am a retired DeputyDirector of Doordarshan, Hyderabad.

I'm not as "eye specialist" but I do read. What I've learned is that most common blindness has to do with the eye itself and that has nothing to do with the tear ducts located on the lids. Unless someone was blinded due to something burning their face (including their tear ducts), a blind person should be able to cry.

Most people can't see due to something wrong within the eye itself or the nerves that connect to the eyes, not anything outside of the eyes (like the tear ducts and whatnot).

There may be a few people who by some unfortunate accident had some of the nerves around the skin surrounding the eyes damaged and thus cannot "cry".

I know of one man who had his entire eye removed (due to damage from an accident) yet he was still able to cry from that eye.

Yes only the optic nerve is damaged, not the tear ducts in a blind person.

Of course they can. They are blind but still have tear ducts.

Of course they can. Just because the optic part doesn't work that doesn't mean their tear ducts don't.
