This is a personal decision that you must be comfortable with. Based on my experience and the experience of my friends, you should do it. You should both give him one and have him do you too. Not at the same time, at least at first, because you both need to concentrate on what you are doing.
It is great to give and to receive.

You should only do what you feel comfortable doing. If you are not comfortable with sex whether it be oral, anal or vaginal, you should not engage in such activities.
Communicate this to your boyfriend and if he loves and respects you he will wait until you are ready. Besides it is only meaningful and memorable if both parties are willing and of age to engage in sexual activities.
