Push-ups work wonders for me. I also use free weights to further strengthen my forearms...in a sitting position, I rest my elbow on my thigh and hold my arm at a 90 degree angle. With a fairly heavy weight (15-20 lbs), I gently rock the weight back and forth by twisting my wrist. I do 2-3 sets of 20 reps. Make sure your weight is not too heavy, though. You can hurt yourself.
