Sex before marriage is always a sin- no matter if you marry the person or not. God does not say- "you can do this if you are going to marry?" does He. Purity until marriage, is purity until marriage. You can be forgiven for it, but marrying the person is not the way to be forgiven.

Yes. Fornication is always a sin. Doing what is right later on doesn't automatically nullify the sin committed earlier. However, once repented and confessed, that earlier sin no longer exists.
