If I am baking two pies at the same time do I adjust the length of time in the recipe for one pie?

Only if you are baking them in a mirowave oven, otherwise the cooking time remains the same. Don'y butt the pie plates against each other. Allow a space that the air can get between the two.

In conventional oven two pies do not alter the time required ,both should bake through at the time taken by one.

no 350 degrees for 45 minutes two pies.
