You should not give up the routine because of a cold. Working out might actually give you energy. You may also be lacking energy because after eating healthy for a while - eating a "fatty" meal may actually make your body weak. I found this happens to me.

Long of the short - unless you have a fever - go to the gym, and drink some soup- even if you're not hungry, drink plenty of fluids - and then rest.

Feel better!

It is a relapse, and many are familiar with the term as "binge", "pig out" you can get back on track with your diet and exercise. It is best to stay at home with your cold, and take care of it, then going to work or the gym and spreading it to others. You may do some gentle exercise if you feel up to it at home. Once you are well continue with your program. Get well soon

I work and workout while sick with cold. I find it helps to clear my head of congestion. And yes you are really sore the next day. A word of advice is not do normal workout; go light.

Correct, it's not good. Your body needs to heal from the cold. If you exercise, you are using more energy required to heal and you will weaken your immune system and possible become more sick.
