Briefly its supposed to ward off 'the evil eye' Just type 'kabbalah bracelet ' into your search engine, reams of stuff on the subject.

If you think a bracelet will help you practice Qabalah, I feel sorry for you. The bracelets and the "Kabbalah water" are blatant consumerism, they're crap, they don't do anything. They're an attempt to market a mystical system which stresses asceticism.
You're missing the point of Qabalah.
