Help With Shockwave !!!!!!!!!!!?

I need to download Shockwave Player from adobe.com but it won't let me, it says that a security dialog box will appear and you need to click install but the box does not appear! I even turned off my pop-up blocker!

There is no small Yellow Bar!

Look for a small yellow bar at the top of the screen that should pop-down.
When it does right-hand click it and click:

Install active - x application
This should let the run box appear.
