how to improve my english standard ?

i am a chinese girl who have studied english more than 10 years . it is very easy for me to understand an essay which seems very difficult , but a simple conversation often makes me feel rather hard . i think i lack of the english environment ,as well as the method to study english well . and how to solve my issue ?

The best way to improve is to make english speaking friends and then you will practice speaking to them in english all of the time. this is a requirement for learning any language.
