People have differing ideas of personal space. Maybe she just has a smaller sense of personal space. Simply ask her to stand a little further away since she is making you uncomfortable. If she deliberately stands close even after that, she is probably flirting.

Usually if a women is standing too close it is either for these three reasons:
1. She is into you and would like to make something of your friendship.
2. You smell so good she is lured in.
3. There is someone next to her that she is trying to get away from.

Depends,,,she could be flirting with you and wanting to make a move on you,,,,or she could be so dense she doesn't realize it.
