even though the accident was a week ago it is not too late to go to the doctor for neck and back pain and then send te bill to your insurance ot to whomever is handling your case.
I was rearended a year ago and had no pain until about 4 days after the accident, so I went to my docor and was assigned to a physical therapist. Dont worry about the bill the lady's insurance will cover it for you. the physical therapy did wonders, but stil from time to time I have some back pain from the accident, but the physical therapist showed me some specific stretches that help my back when it gets bad.
See your doctor and tell him exactly what happened. MY doctor even had good advice on getting a lawyer and other accident related info that came in handy.

Yes, it's whiplash. It can remain your entire life if you do not treat it now.

I hope you called the police and filed a police report and exchanged personal info with the woman who hit you. Her insurance company should be paying for your medical treatment. If you did, then contact your doctor or chiropractor to arrange for an appointment to start treatment. Then contact the insurance company and provide them with the police report case number and the doctor's information. Some insurance companies will try to tell you they will not cover. If you live in the US, DO NOT BUY IT!. They have to provide coverage to you by LAW and that is ANY type of treatment you seek for your injury. That can be a medical doctor, chiropractor, acupuncture, massage therapist, physical therapist, etc. Otherwise, get an attorney fast.

Yes it is whiplash It does not heal on it's own! I suggest that you go and get professional help like a chiropractor or some other professional help very soon because you can do more damage by waiting one wrong move and you could land not walking.
