Three servings of dairy are recommended for helping with weight loss. Does it matter when during the day they are eaten? Is it OK to have all my dairy at breakfast?

I have never heard of such a thing. I imagine it depends upon what diet you are following.

It seems to me not so much when as to what type of dairy that would matter. Skim or 1% instead of whole milk. Low fat yogurt or sour cream or cottage cheese. And, although it tastes like rubber in comparison to the regular, reduced calorie cheeses.

Perhaps it is best to just have a glass of milk with each meal?

Breakfast is always the most important meal of the day. If you want to have your 3 servings of dairy all at once, it won't hurt.
Just remember exercise and healthy eating is the key, not just dairy alone. Also, depending on what your 3 servings of dairy are it can be fattening. Try low fat yogurt, skim milk or chocolate milk.

personally I would no ingest 3 servings of dairy while on a fat reduction diet. milk causes a very high insulin response even though it is low in the GI scale.

you can get plenty of calcium from fruits and vegetables.

human adults don't need milk despite all of the advertisements for milk. it's nothing but marketing hype to support the US's billion dollar dairy industry.
