Never skip meals, it screws up your metabolism. Why do you say you "can't" eat 3 meals a day...due to work restrictions? Eat when you get home or before you leave.
If you start skipping meals you simply put your metabolism into "starvation mode" and it slows down to conserve what you've got. Any doctor will tell you skipping meals is counterproductive.

Hi, i have the same problems but cos I'm diabetic i have to have something, but if i dont fancy anything i always have a piece of fruit, always make sure you have your breakfast as thats the most important meal of the day, why not just try having fruit or yogurt for lunch and then your main meal in the evening try not to make it a heavy meal,ie: fish with boiled or mash potatoes & veg, Chicken & Salad Items, they are healthy but can also be filling depending on what you are having, give it a go & good luck

Ensure you have your breakfast, and a bigger lunch, and a very light tea......there is an old wives saying:

Eat like a King for breakfast
Eat like a Prince for Dinner
Eat like a Pauper for Tea

By eating later in the day, your body cannot break down all the calories, so the fewer you take in during the later part of the day, stays on the hips/waist. Reduce your evening meal, have soup, salad or fruit, nothing heavy and not at least 4 hours before you go to bed. Make sure you leave plenty of time for the food to digest.

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, never skip it. I think the best meal to skip is dinner, because it's closest to your dinner time & you accumulate fat more easily in your sleep. Try having some fruit at the time you would normally have dinner, something like apples or watermelon that fill you up easily & has alot of water in it.

Why can't you eat 3 meals a day? You really need to eat at least three--if you skip one you will be so hungry by the next meal you will pig out. You need to eat several times throughout the day to keep your metabolism going and your blood sugar up.

I'd say cut out lunch if you have to cut out any at all. Breakfast will act like your fuel in the morning to get you up and about and you can't go to bed on an empty stomach - you wouldn't be able to sleep!

Eat when you are hungry not by the clock. You do need to eat breakfast to kick start your system, but after that it's up to you. If you're not hungry at all at 1pm, but a bit peckish at 3pm then save it till then and the same goes with dinner.
